In recognizing the importance of recruiting top talent in today's competitive market, several key partners including several major companies and economic development agencies formed a partnership to create this web site. This coalition was formed in hopes of accomplishing the following mission:
"The main objective of the Dual Career Network is to facilitate and assist in the job search process for potential employees contemplating the West Michigan and Northern Indiana area. For that purpose, we want to establish a network/consortium with other companies and economic development groups throughout the Region, so that job searchers can easily find job openings and opportunities."
